Once again, beautiful though it is,  I have no idea where this is, answers please.

I think it’s an old print of handale abbey farm, built using part of the priory buildings.  Thanks to Eric Johnson for that information.

Mr Fishlock? approaching the coalhouse and former outdoor toilets (In the days before flush toilets – ash pans were used).

Not a lot has changed even though many years have passed since this photo was taken, new windows and doors and more chimneys on the rooves, but the street remains the same.

A beautiful quiet lane (and I wish I had a £ for every time I had walked it) beautiful views all round but as usual the iron and steel works doninate the skyline.
