Maypole Dancing - 3

Our final offering with the maypole dancers. Even the United buses were not allowed to disrupt the performance, turning round at the bottom of Grove Road!
Only one pupil can be identified, centre front (blue jumper/shorts) Peter Hicks. Can anybody assist with other names?

Elizabeth Mellor played the queen, Ronnie McConnell the king, and Derek Preston the cook, in this production at Skinningrove school.

Elizabeth has told us that Mr. Sayers organised this  event and took the photo.  He was teaching at the school after coming out of the RAF and this was a Christmas production.
